Securities Lending Investment Policy

Capital Advisors directs the investment of monies raised through lending into money market instruments. The overriding focus of these investment decisions is the conservation of the principal value of the client’s account. In this respect, the heavy experience of Mr. Ominski and Mr. Iaquinta has served the client base extremely well throughout an era of tremendous change, and extreme volatility in the short and long term markets. Simply stated, Capital Advisors believes, in the investment approach of “No Surprises” in the day to day investment of clients assets.

Such investments would be, but not limited to, the following investment grade
fixed income securities:

  1. Obligations issued and guaranteed by the United States Government or its agencies.

  2. Bank obligations, including certificates of deposit and bankers’ acceptances.

  3. High quality commercial paper, master notes, and other short term debt securities issued by U.S. and Foreign entities.

  4. Domestic money market funds and bank pooled short-term funds.

  5. Repurchase agreements collateralized by acceptable securities.

Vice President, Samuel R. Wolownik, joins principals
Frank L. Iaquinta, Jr. and George A. Ominski.
